Det er noen uker siden, men les Aftenpostens artikkel om en gammel NSR-roer still going strong – den begynner slik:

“Han er garantert en av landets sprekeste hundreåringer. Odd Roar Sørbøe fra Vettakollen trener fast på Slemdal Fysioterapi. Iført shorts og T-skjorte fra sine aktive dager i Norske Studenters Roklubb balanserer han på puter, bruker romaskin, løfter vekter og styrker kropp og sinn i samvær med andre spreke eldre i gymsalen.

Lørdag fylte han hundre år.
