Fra og med tirsdag 6. juni vil det hver tirsdag kl. 1900 – 2030 bli arrangert mastertrening i Frognerkilen.

Markus D-Q Holmemo vil være trener. Treningen vil selvsagt være åpen for alle mastere (+27 år), men tar i primært sikte på mastere som ikke har vært konkurranseroere som junior / senior. Siktemålet med treningen er dels å skape et mastermiljø i NSR, samt å gi de som deltar på treningen roferdigheter som gjør at de med trygghet og glede kan delta i masterregattaer i inn- og utland.

Første treningen 6. juni vil være ”gratis”, men de som deretter deltar i treningen vil som andre NSR-roere som mottar organisert trening ble avkrevd en årlig treningsavgift på kr. 1.500.

Vel møtt på roklubben på Bygdøy tirsdag 6. juni kl. 1845, slik at man har skiftet og er klar til å ro kl. 19!!
